摘    要:目前,国内大直流电机技术很多还是沿用上世纪80年代引进的德国技术。通过4 200kW电动机设计,阐述大直流电机技术在德国技术基础上的优化,详细说明了电磁设计中每槽3片全节距异槽单迭绕组的选择以及该种绕组的优势;同时介绍了电枢铁心的斜槽结构及工艺特点和星形辐板盒形支臂电枢结构的套轴工艺;简单介绍了定子结构、电枢支架结构、电枢变断面绕组的选用以及电机的绝缘工艺。

Abstract:At present, many domestic large DC motors still use Germany technology introduced in 1980s. By design of 4200kW motor, this paper describes large DC motor technology optimized based on Germany technology. The choice of difference slot simplex lap windings of three full-pitch per slot and the advantages of the windings are described in detail. The skewed slot structure and process characteristic of armature core are mainly introduced, and the sleeving technology of armature structure with star-shaped radial plate and box-shaped support arm are introduced also. It is simply described on stator structure, armature bracket structure, variable cross-section armature winding selection and motor insulation technique.
