高校教师教学质量评估的区间数方法

摘    要:针对教学质量评估中存在的模糊性、不确定性,采用区间数表达专家给出的评价信息,提出了一种新的高校教学质量评估方法。定义区间数排序的评价值,通过建立多目标规划模型,客观地确定了评价指标的权重,从而给出各教师评价的排序结果。应用实例表明了方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:For the fuzziness and uncertainty of teaching quality evaluation,interval numbers are used to represent the evaluation information provided by experts.A new method of teaching quality evaluation is proposed for college teachers.The evaluation value is defined for interval numbers ranking.The weights of the evaluation indexes are objectively obtained by constructing the multiple objects programming model.The priorities of teachers are then given.The illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
