电力设备状态监测与故障诊断

摘    要:综述了电力设备诊断技术研究的现状,包括在线监测系统的数据采集,数字信号的远程传送,频谱分析、相关性和小波分析等数据处理方法,应用模糊理论选取有效的故障信号特征量,应用多传感融合技术、特征空间矢量、最大隶属度原则等分析方法诊断故障。指出故障诊断存在信号收集受传感器可靠性、电磁场干扰、设备灵敏度等因素制约,自适应能力不足,统一理论基础缺乏等问题。最后展望了电力设备状态监测与故障诊断智能化、数字化的发展方向。

Abstract:In order to enhance the availability of the power equipment, the research on the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of power equipment has to be carried out. This article presents some contents about the power equipment diagnostic technique of power equipment including data-collection in online monitoring system,long-distance transmission of digital signal and data-disposal by using spectral analysis, related analysis and wavelet analysis and so on. There are signal selection of fault characteristics with fuzzy theory in this paper. In addition, it analyzes fault using multi-sensor and data-fusion technology, characteristic space-vector and so on, then realizes the condition monitoring and the diagnosis of the reason of fault including the fault's position. At last in the paper it is mainly stated that there are limitation in the self-adaptive capacity and united theory which based on the diagnose technology, and proposed that the age-prospect of intelligence and digitization.
