| 摘 要： | 在总结前人对管材模具进行设计和分析方法的基础上，采用ANSYS参数化建模的方法，就支架式机头中关键几何参数的变化对流场的影响进行了初步的模拟分析，从而可实现对口模设计的指导。

| Abstract: | The designs and analysis methods of the pipe dies were reviewed in this article. Effectof the essential geometry parameters on the flow field in spider pipe die was simulated based onthe modeling method of ANSYS parameter. The research results could be used for the design ofthe pipe dies. |
