| 摘 要： | 操作条件、入塔气组成以及催化剂性能是影响甲醇合成反应的主要因素。文章对甲醇合成反应的影响因素进行分析，找出甲醇装置开车初期粗甲醇中乙醇含量超标的具体原因，并在此基础上进行优化操作，粗甲醇中乙醇含量达到或优于设计指标。

| Abstract: | The main factor effecting methanol synthesis process is operating condition, the enter - tower gas comprise and catalyst characteristics. The paper analyzed the factor effecting methanol synthesis process, exact cause of over - proof of ethanol content in crude methanol during initial stage in start - up of methanol device. Based on this, the operation was optimized, so that ethanol content in crude methanol reached or was superior to design target. |
