高应力厚煤层全煤巷道锚杆支护研究

摘    要:分析了高水平应力条件下全煤巷道顶板和两帮的变形破坏特征及锚杆支护作用机理,针对顶板受水平应力作用变形破坏之后,由于自重和上覆煤层扩容胀力导致破碎垮落,两帮主要受压剪作用剪胀破坏,提出了支护设计原则、支护方式及参数确定方法。经过现场试验应用,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the deformation failure features of the roof and ribs in full seam gateway and the bolt support mechanism under the high horizontal stresses. After the deformation failure under the roof horizontal stress, due to the self weight and the overburden above, the expended swelling force of the seam caused coal broken and falling. The two ribs of the gateway were failed due to the shearing. The paper provided the principle of the support design, the support method and the method for the parameters decided. After the site test and application, good results were obtained.
