蔗糖结晶连续化的问题与措施

摘    要:本文从蔗糖溶液的特殊性质出发,阐述了蔗糖连续结晶过程中所存在的问题,指出影响蔗糖连续结晶的关键问题是晶体的粒度分布(CSD)。作者根据结晶过程的基本知识,对引起 CSD 变化的有关因素进行分析,认为这些因素的影响作用是复杂的,进而提出了实现蔗糖结晶过程连续化的一些可能途径。

Abstract:The problems existing in continuous sucrose crystallization wereexpounded from the angle of the special properties of sugar solution.It was pointed out that the key problem affecting the continuoussucrose crystallization is crystal slze distribution (CSD) of mass sucrosecrystals.The relevant factors resulting in the change of CSD wereanalysed and it was considered that the influence is quite complicated,so that some measures were put forward to realize continuous sucrosecrystallization.
