阻抗自动测试系统的研究与应用

摘    要:为了测量系统的等效阻抗参数,根据等效电路法原理,以LabVIEW为开发平台,结合3522LCR,通过GPIB与PC机的实时通讯,开发了阻抗频率特性自动测试系统。该测试系统不仅可以测量系统的阻抗幅值与相位,还可测量电感、电容及品质因数,已成功应用于超声波电机定子的阻抗扫描、无刷直流电机等效参数的测试中,为电机驱动控制电源的设计、电机等效参数的辨识提供了较合适的阻抗测试方法。

Abstract:To test the equivalent impendence, a low cost automatic impendence measurement system is established. The automatic system is combined with 3522LCR and communicated with PC computer in real - time through GPIB ( general purpose interface bus). Not only the amplitude and the phase of the impendence , but also the inductance and the capacitance and the quality factor Q can be tested by this system in the same time. The system has succeeded in the measurement of the impendence - frequency relation of the ultrasonic motor (USM) and the parameter of the no - brush director current motor. All these results from the data of the measurement are the basis of designing of the driving power, identification of the parameter of those motors. Also, the automatic measurement system applies a testing device for special motor such as USM in China.
