| 摘 要： | 针对厨卫间楼地面易渗漏的现象,从设计、施工、验收三个阶段阐述防渗的相关措施,指出是否起砂是衡量楼地面工程能否达优的标准,从而进一步分析混凝土楼地面起砂原因及防治措施,以期有效解决楼地面渗漏问题,创建优质工程。

| Abstract: | According to the leakage on the kitchen and toilet floorings,the paper illustrates the relative measures for the anti-leakage from the design,the construction and the acceptance,points out the sugaring is the standard to judge the quality of the flooring,and further analyzes the reasons for the sugaring on the concrete flooring and their prevention measures,so as to solve the leakage on the flooring and create the excellent buildings. |
