On enhancing urban cultural development by construction of cultural facilities

Based on the analysis of the status of the public cultural facilities planning in Shijiazhuang and some problems,the paper explores the planning strategies to enhance the cultural development,and points out the exploration for the historical culture and the modern cultural development should be noticed in the public cultural facilities planning,and the facilities construction should be integrated with the urban cultural development to promote the urban quality,to display the urban features and to increase the urban advantages and the cohesion force.
