| Abstract: | The comprehensive quality management PDCA recycling method is applied in the investment control of railway construction project at the design phase.The paper introduces the investment control method,process and achievements of Lian-Yan Railway at preliminary design phase,and points out that PDCA recycling mode can better solve problems existing in investment control,which is worth promoting. |
