| 摘 要： | 根据办公楼工程地质概况,通过分析比较纠偏加固方案,对建筑物采用基底冲孔掏土纠偏法施工,解除了危房隐患,使房屋达到了使用要求,此方法施工简单,工期较短,资金投入较少,效果明显,值得推广。

| Abstract: | According to the geological survey of the office project,the study adopts the rectification of repelling earth with rinsing holes at foundation according to the analysis and comparison if the rectification and strengthening scheme,in order to relieve the hidden dangers at dangerous houses and make the house meet the utility demands,and indicates the method with less investment and obvious effect is simple and has short construction period,so it can be further extended. |
