| Abstract: | According to the problems in many housing support programs,including the messy management and the low engineering quality,the paper indicates the implementation of the ensuring housing program management and the quality management measures,so as to enhance the construction of the management system of the ensuring housing program and guarantee the stable and healthy development of the real-estate market. |
