| Abstract: | The study briefly analyzes the influence of the price selection management control in the house-building engineering on the construction management and its effect,and illustrates the cost control points at the primary stage,the construction stage and the complete settlement stage of the house-building engineering fully,so as to direct the engineering practice and make the investment be more reasonable. |
