| 摘 要： | 基于目前复杂的建筑市场环境,以某房地产工程质量事故的发生为例,对事故发生的原因进行了分析,指出参建各方都应始终坚持"百年大计,质量第一"的基本原则,从而保证建筑工程质量,维护人民生命财产安全。

| Abstract: | Based on the current complicated architectural market environment,the paper analyzes the reasons for the accidents by taking some quality accidents in some real-estate project as the example,and points out the involved parties should continue the basic principle of "putting the quality in the priority with great importance in the construction,"so as to ensure the architectural engineering quality and to maintain the safety of people’s life and property. |
