呼延水厂混凝沉淀强化工艺技术的中试研究

摘    要:根据引黄水低温低浊的特点,设计了一套符合呼延水厂实际工艺的中试设备。通过中试优选了混助凝剂,确定了最佳工况点,在综合分析了药剂投加量、出水浊度、余铝、能耗与剪切强度等因素及其相互关系后表明,用中试设备所采用的强化混凝工艺来处理低温低浊的黄河水行之有效,可为工程实施提供模拟条件。

Abstract:According to the low temperature and low turbidity of water diverted from Yellow River,the paper designs a set of pilot-scale equipment for the factual craft of Huyan Waterwork Plant,selects the coagulant aids in the pilot-scale study,identifies the optimal operating point,and proves that it is effective to adopt the enhanced coagulation of the pilot-scale equipment to treat the yellow-river with low temperature and low turbidity by the comprehensive analysis of the added amount of chemical,turbidity of effluent,residual aluminum,energy consumption and shearing strength,and their mutual relations,so it can provide the simulation condition for the engineering implementation.
