摘    要:使用Master CAM,通过建模、建立零件基本形状、编辑零件细部特征、导入三棱孔曲线数据等步骤可建立三棱孔规律曲线.再用UG软件,进入加工模块、选择毛坯实体、建立刀具及其粗/精铣刀具轨迹、模拟验证、编写识别程序等步骤实现三棱孔的数控加工.解决了只有专用机床才能加工三棱孔类零件的弊端.

Abstract:Based on Master CAM, the three-arris rule curve was realized by establishing models, constructing the basic shapes of apparatus, editing the detail characteristics of apparatus, and introducing the three-arris curve data. After that, the NC processing of three-arris was realized by adopting UG software, entering processing module, choosing rough entity, establishing cutter and the traces of rough or finishing milling, simulating validation, compiling reorganization program. The NC control could resolve the abuse which the three-arris aperture accessory was processed only by the special machine tool.
