基于虚拟样机技术的含间隙移动副机构动力学仿真

摘    要:在ADAMS软件中建立含间隙移动副曲柄滑块机构的虚拟样机模型,进行动力学仿真研究。该方法很大程度减少了机构动力学方程推导及其求解的工作量,对其它含间隙运动副机构的动力学研究具有普遍意义。

Abstract:In the paper,a virtual prototype is modeled for the crank-slider mechanism including sliding joint with clearance,and dynamic simulation is implemented.The method used in the paper reduces the working load of derivation and solution of the dynamics equations,and is useful and valuable for analysis of other mechanism including joint with clearance.
