摘    要:长悬臂三坐标测量机是用来在线测量工字钢结晶器内腔尺寸的,测量运行过程中,由于长悬臂及测杆的弱刚性和各轴传导结构的非理想性,造成测杆端部的空间抖动,直接影响测量精度。论文结合有限元分析了产生抖动的原因,基于面阵CCD和图像处理技术,建立检测系统并建模,实时检测测头触发瞬间测杆端部在空间3个方向的抖动位移,在VC++6.0环境下编写软件,通过软件计算实时修正抖动对测量精度的影响。并通过试验验证了该系统的实用性。

Abstract:Long cantilever CMM is used for measuring lumen dimension of crystal ware online.Because the rigidity of long cantilever and probe pole is infirm and the conduction frameworks of three axes aren't ideal,the probe tip will shake in the movement process.It has direct impact on measuring accuracy.In this paper,the reason of shaking is analyzed combining ANSYS.The model of measurement system is constructed based on surface CCD and image processing technology,it can measure and record the shaking displacement of probe tip in three direction of space at the moment of probe touching off.The software is compiled on Visual C++6.0.The influence of probe tip shaking on measurement accuracy can be corrected.Finally,the practicability of this system is validated by experimentation.
