| 摘 要： | 针对物料需求计划(MRP)与准时制(JIT)生产方式在我国制造型企业中的应用，通过对推动式生产与拉动式生产的比较，着重分析了MRP与JIT生产方式在基本原理和应用特点上的区别，并提供了欧洲制造型企业在MRP与JIT综合应用中的运作实例。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the application of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Just-in-Time (JIT) production system in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, this research analyses the differences of MRP and JIT production system in terms of principle and application by the comparison studies of push and pull system. Meanwhile, regarding the integration of MRP and JIT system, a relevant operational case of a European manufacturing firm is provided. |
