| 摘 要： | 笔者对一种新型的氧气敏材料--P型氧化物半导体材料NiO进行了研究探讨,文章叙述了NiO对氧气的敏感机理,详细介绍了NiO氧敏材料的制备方法,给出了用不同方法制备出的NiO敏感材料的性能测试结果.

| Abstract: | A new type of oxygen-sensitired material-P type oxide nickel semiconductor material-was researched and invesfigated.In this paper,oxyen-sensitived mechanism of oxide nickel was described,At the same time,the preparation metod of oxygen-sensitired oxide nickel material was introduced in detail and the resulfs of perfcrmame tesf were given abouf oxygen-sensitired oxide nickel material prepared in differenf ways. |
