保证高水分褐煤中速磨制粉系统出力的研究

摘    要:为了解决燃用高水分褐煤锅炉中速风扇磨煤机制粉系统出力不足、磨煤机振动、堵塞等问题,以内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司600MW机组锅炉为例阐述了褐煤直流锅炉及其制粉系统的特点,分析了制粉系统出力不足的原因,提出了保证安装质量、一次风率、一次风温和合理的风煤比等措施,满足了制粉系统出力要求,从而保证了600MW机组褐煤直流锅炉经济稳定运行。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of medium - speed pulverizing system in boiler fired by high - moisture lignite, such as insufficient output, coal mill vibration, blocking and so on, this paper, taking the 600 MW unit of Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulun Buir Power Generation Company Limited as an example, expounds the characteristics of lignite - fired dc boiler and its pulverizing system, analyzes the reasons for insufficient output of pulverizing system, and proposes measures to guarantee installation quality, primary air ratio, primary air temperature and rational proportion of air and coal, which meet the requirement of pulverizing system on output and guarantee the economic and safe operation of the 600 MW lignite - fired DC boiler.
