高压变频器在油田注水系统的应用及节能效果评价

摘    要:介绍了油田注水站计量系统的结构和工作原理。对高压变频器应用于油田注水站后计量系统出现的问题进行了分析。分析结果认为:变频器输出电源的频率和相位与供电电源频率和相位不同步是造成计量系统产生故障的主要原因。介绍了注水站单机组运行模式和多机组运行模式下的节能效果评价方法和计算公式,并对评价计算公式进行了说明。

Abstract:This paper introduces on the structure and operating principal of metering system at oilfield water injection station,and analyzes on the arisen problems for metering system after high pressure frequency converter applying in oilfield water injection station.The results show that the frequency and phase position of frequency converter output power are out of phase with that of supply power,which is the main reason leading to metering system breakdown.It also introduces on the evaluation method of energy saving effect and calculation formulae under the running mode of singe-unit and multi-unit and also explains the calculation formulae.
