弹载侦察系统抗过载技术研究

摘    要:针对弹载侦察系统在发射过程中所受到的短时高过载问题,通过大量调研以及查阅资料,并根据理论分析的结果及侦察系统结构单元的特点和其功能的特殊性,设想采用橡胶类隔振器,并选取了泡沫硅橡胶(一种低密度多孔介质)作试验,得出了其静态应力应变曲线,并提出了解决弹载侦察系统抗高过载问题的方法,且已应用于某型侦察弹,证实效果较好.

Abstract:For the high over loading problem of cannon-carried reconnaissance system in launching, from investigating and gotten data, integrating the results of the theoretic analyses, the characteristic of reconnaissance system configuration and the particularity of the function, we conceived to adopt rubber vibration isolation device, and chosed foam silicon rubber to do experiment. Its static stress and adapl change curve are gained. We brought forward some advices and measures to settle the resist high over loading problem. These technology have been nice applied in one reconnaissance system.
