既有建筑物下基桩检测技术研究

摘    要:既有建筑物下基桩由于先期施工质量问题、地震或泥石流等自然灾害的破坏,造成上部结构倾斜、裂缝;或者要对既有建筑物进行改造,而由于历史久远基桩施工图纸丢失,因此有必要对既有建筑物下基桩进行检测。目前成熟的基桩检测方法已不适用,介绍了平行地震法的原理、工作场地的布置和检测步骤,并结合实际工程,对检测的数据进行分析,得到满意的效果,由此可知此方法具有很好的推广价值。

Abstract:Piles under the existing building can cause inclination and cracks of superstructure because of pre-construction quality issues,earthquakes or mudslides and other damages of natural disasters,which leads to reform of existing buildings.
