移动环境下基于策略的信道资源管理研究

为了在移动环境下提高各类业务的服务质量及资源利用率,提出了一种基于策略信道资源管理方法.该方法提出了改进的基于策略的管理框架,并根据网络状态的变化,采用策略来实现信道资源的分配和调整,不仅保证了实时业务能够获得较高的优先占用信道的权力,而且非实时业务也获得了一定的保证.通过策略来实现网络资源的管理,消除了以设备为中心的传统方法常常引发的网络配置差错,大大提高了管理效率和灵活性.
