采用固定总价合同形式进行承发包的某机场滑行道下穿地道建设工程项目,因设计变更引起工程造价结算费用的增加。通过设计变更前后项目内容、施工方案及设计技术数据分析,在一个统一的计量单位——每延米里,考量地道结构段工程范围增加和单位工程量变化对工程造价的影响,可以分析得出的工程费用与结算增加值基本一致。这对类似工程项目的设计变更造价在事前作出预估,并进一步优化设计变更和做好投资控制具有一定借鉴作用。
