稻壳热解特性及动力学研究

摘    要:对稻壳在升温速率分别为20 K/min、30 K/min和50 K/min的情况下进行热重实验,分析结果表明稻壳热解分为3个阶段:失水干燥阶段,挥发分析出段和碳化阶段。通过Coats-Redfern(C-R)法和Malek法进行热解机理的确定及动力学参数的计算,发现其反应机理为球形对称的相边界反应R3,同时求出表观活化能E和频率因子A。最后通过求解热解动力学方程对C-R法求解得到的稻壳热解动力学参数进行验证,发现模型计算的结果与实验值吻合良好,说明用C-R法结合Malek法选出的机理函数可以较准确地描述稻壳的热解过程。

Abstract:The thermogravimetric experiment is made on different heating rate of 20K/min,30K/min and 50K/min;the analysis result shows that the rice husk pyrolysis has three major processes.By using Coasts-Redfern(C-R) method and Malek method confirm the pyrolysis mechanism and calculate the dynamics parameters,then found the pyrolysis mechanism should be R3,meanwhile we solve the apparent activation energy E and frequency factor A.at last,build the dynamics model to confirm the dynamics parameters that solved by C-R method,the result shows the model’s result fitting good to the experimental result,it means that the election used C-R method combine with the Malek method can describe the rice husk pyrolysis process accurately.
