摘    要:提出了一种基于声学测温的新的壁温监测方法,实现对电站锅炉水冷壁壁温的准确实时监测。对水冷壁壁温的声学监测进行了理论研究,开发了一套壁温在线监测系统。在电站锅炉声学监测实验台上进行了实验并与热电偶所测数据进行了对比。研究表明,声学法可以用于锅炉炉膛水冷壁壁温的实时监测,能够解决水冷壁局部超温准确在线监测难题。该系统能适应高温、腐蚀、多尘的恶劣环境,对结渣预警和智能吹灰具有指导意义。

Abstract:In order to achieve water cooled wall temperature accurate real-time monitoring,an online method based on acoustic pyrometry was put forward.Then on basis of theory researching,an online wall temperature monitoring system was developed.Experimental study was done on the acoustic monitoring test rig.All the same,temperature measurements were done by thermocouples.The results show that the method can be used on real-time monitoring for water cooled wall based on acoustic pyrometry in boilers,and then,it also solves the problem of water-cooled copper local overheating.The system can become adapted in adverse environment that is high-temperature,corroding and dusty,and it will play a very important role in the slagging early warning and intelligent soot-blowing.
