粒度和升温速率对低热值煤样热解的影响研究

摘    要:利用热重法研究了低热值煤在不同粒度和不同升温速率下的热解特性;获得了不同粒度和不同升温速率下热解特性参数,通过动力学分析得到三维扩散模型可以很好反映升温速率的煤样的热解过程,而二级化学反应可以反映不同粒度的热解情况,通过对模型求解得出煤样的活化能与频率因子。

Abstract:Using thermogravimetric study of the low calorific value of coal with different size and different heating rates by pyrolysis characteristics;obtained by different size and heating rate on the pyrolysis parameters of,through dynamic analysis to get the three-dimensional diffusion model can be a very good response rate of temperature rise of coal pyrolysis process,whereas the 2 level chemical reaction can react with different particle size the pyrolysis conditions,by solving the model that the activation energy of coal sample and frequency factor.
