摘    要:某汽轮发电机组调试初期,高压转子和低压转子分别发生不稳定振动。通过对振动数据的深入分析,指出摩擦是导致高压转子和低压转子出现不稳定振动的根本原因,据此消除了机组的不稳定振动,并对高压转子和低压转子上发生的摩擦特征进行了总结。

Abstract:Unsteady vibration occurred in the high pressure rotor and low pressure rotor of a turbine generator unit during debugging process.On the base of the detailed vibration analysis,we found that rotor to stator rub is the main cause of the unsteady vibration of two rotors.The unsteady vibration problem was solved successfully on the base of the above analysis.Different symptom of rub fault occurred at the high pressure rotor and low pressure rotor was summarized.
