| 摘 要： | 为了保障新建火电厂的顺利投运,在基建阶段需要对锅炉、压力容器、压力管道等关键设备的制造质量进行检验,以杜绝含缺陷设备的安装。从工程施工组织与管理的角度出发,提出了新建火电厂设备制造质量检验工程管理的经验;对设备制造质量检验工程中应重视的事项及需要重点检验的环节进行了总结;对超(超)临界机组建设中出现的新问题进行了分析,并提出了预防和改进措施。

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee the commissioning of newly-built thermal power plant,it is necessary to prevent defect equipment from being assembled.So the inspection of manufacturing quality for main component such as boiler,pressure vessel and pressure pipeline,is carried out in the building process of thermal power unit.Based on the engineering management of constructing and organizing,the experience on inspection of equipment manufacturing quality is put forward.Matters needing attention in the inspection of equipment manufacturing quality are described.The new problems in construction of supercritical/ultra-supercritical unit are discussed.Furthermore,prevention and improvement measures are proposed. |
