摘    要:在IGCC系统中,气化炉出口的合成气具有较高的温度,这部分热量的合理利用将有利于提高整个IGCC系统的效率。通过对现有煤气化废热锅炉的运行现状分析,提出了采用半显热流程回收粗合成气显热的路线,并应用Aspen Plus软件,建立了包含有全显热、半显热和激冷流程的IGCC系统流程模型,通过模拟分析,得出了半显热回收流程对系统效率的影响规律,并对这三种流程对IGCC系统效率的影响进行了评价。

Abstract:In IGCC system,the syngas from gasifier have a high temperature.Rational recovery of this part of energy will help to improve the efficiency of the IGCC system.By analyzing the operating status of the existing syngas coolers,this paper proposes the partly sensible heat recovery method,and establish the sensible heat recovery process,sensible heat partly recovery process and quench process of IGCC system using Aspen Plus software.The influence of partly sensible heat recovery process on IGCC system performance was obtained.An evaluation on the influence of these three processes on IGCC system was analyzed finally.
