摘    要:针对新丰热电厂由于燃用煤种热值变化及燃用煤种灰分过高而导致一次风机出力明显偏大、磨煤机出力达不到要求、进入炉膛燃料量受到制约的缺陷,所以机组负荷最大只能达到200 MW。提出了通过燃烧调整、磨煤机转向挡板调节、一次风配风、煤粉细度改变等措施,在燃用煤种不变的情况下,机组最大负荷可以达到299 MW,同时煤粉细度在锅炉设计要求合理范围内、磨煤机单耗降低、飞灰含碳在正常要求范围内。在新丰2号机组实际运行中证明所采取的方案是可取的。

Abstract:Due to the changes of calorific value and the excessiveness of ash content of bunker coal,it brings a great deal of disadvantages for the Xin Feng thermal power plant.For instance,the power consumption of primary air fans is clearly larger than it should be and the power consumption of coal mill can not meet the demands.With the defects of limitation for the FQ entering furnaces,the unit maximum load can only reach to 200MW.In this paper,proposed some measures to reach the maximum unit load to 299MW under the condition of using the same coal material.Meanwhile,coal fineness could be within the reasonable ranges under the requirement of boiler’s designing.The consumption of unit power of the coal mill will decrease and the carbon in ashes will also be in the ranges required.The measures are as following: the adjustment of burning process,the modulation of coal mill’s turning valve,air distribution in primary air fans,changes in coal fineness.The program proves to be acceptable in the operating process of Xin Feng No.2 unit load.
