国内外乙烯生产工艺的研究现状与展望

摘    要:通过介绍乙烷脱氢,催化裂解,甲烷氧化偶联和甲醇转化及生物质乙醇脱水制乙烯等方法,阐述了乙烯制备的工业进展,并与传统催化裂解方法相比较,说明了其优缺点;分析了生物质乙醇脱水制乙烯原理与方法,生物质乙醇的来源,与其脱水制乙烯的优点以及国内外研究现状和发展前景。

Abstract:By introducing the ethane dehydrogenation,catalytic cracking,oxidative coupling of methane and methanol,and biomass ethanol dehydration into ethylene and other methods,preparation of ethylene described the industrial progress and with the traditional method compared to catalytic cracking,indicating their advantages and disadvantages;Analysis of biomass ethanol dehydration to ethylene principles and methods of ethanol from biomass sources,the advantages of its dehydration to ethylene,and research status and development prospects.
