摘    要:利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究狭叶红景天的挥发性成分,探讨了不同纤维头吸附对分析检测结果的影响。结果表明,DVB/CAR/PDMS纤维头能够有效地吸附红景天的挥发性成分;其主要挥发性成分为香叶醇(14.38%)、正辛醇(10.99%)、顺式氧化芳樟醇(8.10%)、反式氧化芳樟醇(3.44%)、3-戊烯-2-醇(3.08%)、4,8-二甲基-1,7-二烯-4-醇(2.96%)、苯乙醇(2.7%)、正癸醇(2.42%)等醇类化合物以及橙花醇乙酸酯(3.84%)、3,7-二甲基癸烷(3.52%)、二十一烷(3.2%)等酯类或烷烃类化合物。

Abstract:The volatile compositions from the Rhodiola kirilowii were obtained by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography spectrometry-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC/MS).The effects of different fibers on detecting result were discussed.The results showed the volatile compositions from Rhodiola kirilowii could be effectively extracted by the fiber of DVB/CAR/PDMS.These volatile compounds were mainly including some alcohols,such as cis-geraniol(14.38%),1-octanol(10.99%),cis-linalool oxide(8.10%),trans-linalool oxide(3.44%),3-penten-2-ol(3.08%),4,8-dimethyl-1,7-nonadien-4-ol(2.96%),phenylethyl alcohol(2.7%),1-decanol(2.42%),esters as nerol acetate(3.84%),and some alkanes as 3,7-dimethyldecane(3.52%) and heneicosane(3.2%).
