| 摘 要： | 文章简要剖析了我国高等院校工程应用型高级人才培养工作中存在的主要难题，结合高校和行业协会各自的特点和优势，本着合作共赢的原则，深入探讨了高校／行业协会合作对工程应用型高级人才培养工作的价值和意义，并就双方可能的合作模式提出了自己的建议。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the main problem on cultivating senior talent of applied engineering of colleges in China was firstly studied in brief, and the meaning of the cooperation between colleges and industrial associations to cultivation of senior talent of applied engineering was discussed in depth with the principle of win-win cooperation, according to the characteristics and priority of them, and then some mode for cooperation was given to promote the cooperation between them. |
