甜菊糖生产废水处理的工程实例

摘    要:针对甜菊糖提取工业生产过程中产生的废水,在曝气生物滤池处理后加上沉淀池,对废水进行深度处理。通过调节pH,加入聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺,使废水中Fe3+形成沉淀,从而有效的去除了水中的悬浮物,COD的含量由不达标降到可以达标排放,获得了明显的效果。

Abstract:According to wastewater from the process of Stevia Sugar extraction,wastewater was further treated by sedimentation tank after biological aerated filter(BAF).By adjusting the pH,joining polymerization AlCl3 and polyacrylamide,the Fe3+ was precipitated from the wastewater,and suspended solids were removed effectively and COD content was also reduced.The effluent quality meets "Integrated Standard of Wastewater Discharge"(GB8978-1996) completely,and obtaining obvious effect.
