| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着人们对健康的关心,人体内微量元素含量普遍受到人们的关注,头发与微量元素的关系受到营养学、职业医学和环境科学工作者的关注。通过动物实验、流行病学调查及临床观察治疗现已证实很多疾病与微量元素有关。为此笔者利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计,对江苏地区大学生头发进行了预处理,采用标准曲线法,对江苏地区大学生头发中铜、锌、铁、钙、铅五种元素的含量进行了测定。

| Abstract: | In recent years,as people care more on health,the body content of trace elements are concerned in general,and the relationship between the hair and the trace elements are studied by nutritionist,occupational medicine and environmental scientists.Through animal experiments,epidemiological investigation and clinical observation of treatment,many diseases and trace elements has been confirmed to be related with trace elements.With flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the author pretreats the hair on students in Jiangsu Province and the content of five elements,that is,copper,zinc,iron,calcium and lead in hair were determined by using the standard curve method. |
