摘    要:以二苯胺与二异丁烯为原料,氯化锌为催化剂,合成防老剂ODA,通过调整反应温度,催化剂用量,反应时间,原料配比等条件寻求最佳反应方案;选择溶剂提纯,并对于不同纯度产物进行比较,找到最佳洗涤溶剂,解决了后处理困难的问题;并用红外,高效液相色谱对其进行表征分析;得到了纯度较高的目标产物,改进合成工艺简化工艺流程。

Abstract:Antioxidant ODA was synthesized by alkylation of dianiline with isooctene using zinc chloride as catalyst.In the paper,temperature,quantity of catalyst,reaction time and material ration had been studied in relation to yield;chose the best solvent to purify,and compared the different purity of the product to find the best way;and characterized by its IR and high performance liquid chromatography analysis;had been the target product with high purity,improved synthetic process simplification process.
