一次性纸杯浸泡液中痕量甲醛的柱前衍生/超高效液相色谱法测定

摘    要:建立了一种柱前衍生/超高效液相色谱分析方法,对一次性纸杯浸泡液中痕量甲醛进行了测定,并对衍生化条件、衍生化产物的提取条件和色谱分离条件进行了优化。该方法在O.052~2.080mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=37369c+267.5,线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为O.010mg/L(S/N-3)。采用该方法对市售的一次性纸杯浸泡液中甲醛含量进行检测,发现一次性纸杯浸泡液中甲醛含量均很低,可以安全使用。

Abstract:A HPLC method was established to determine the leached trace formaldehyde in disposable paper cups using ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) coupled with pre-column derivation technique. The derivation conditions, the extraction conditions of the derivative products and the chromatography conditions were optimized. The method had a good linear relationship between the range of 0.052 to 2.080 mg/L. The linear equation was A=37369c+267.5 with a linear correlation coefficient of 0,9999. The detection limit was 0.010 mg/L at the condition of S/N (signal/noise=3). Some commercially available disposable paper cups were analyzed using the method. The results showed that the disposable paper cups could be used safely, only with quite little formaldehyde leached.
