| Abstract: | The principle of water conservancy of Shenzhen City is to fully utilize the water resources in the locality, so the municipality has planned to divert the surplus water from the eastern part of the city to the western part, the Baihua water supply project is built for this purpose. The economic and financial evaluation shows that this project is feasible and its good social effect could be obtained. |
