| 摘 要： | 针对厚壁管钻具难以进行摩擦焊接的现状,研制了一种厚壁管钻具窄间隙焊接专用机。该专用机由焊接机床、窄间隙熔化极脉冲氩弧焊接系统、钻具输送系统和控制系统等部分组成,可实现方钻杆、钻铤等厚壁管钻具的自动焊接修复。经检验,焊缝的最低冲击功为20J以上,平均冲击功为26J,焊缝抗拉强度为800MPa,屈服强度为630MPa。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to perform the friction welding for the thick-wall pipe drilling tool. Therefore, a special welding machine for narrow clearance of thick-wall pipe drilling tool is developed. The welding machine is composed of welding machine tool, narrow clearance melting pulse argon arc welding system, drilling tool conveying system and controlling system, realizing the automatic welding and repair of kelly bar and drill collar. Through inspection, the lowest impact power of welding line is above 20 J and the average impact power is 26 J. The tensile strength of the welding line is 800 MPa and its yield strength is 630 MPa. |
