摘    要:为降低曲柄加工误差对雨刮器工作性能的影响,把曲柄加工中的冲孔和整修2道工序合并设计在1套复合模具中完成,以减少曲柄加工中的安装次数,降低安装误差,提高加工精度。同时,减少曲柄加工中装卸工件的辅助时间,提高生产效率。

Abstract:In order to reduce the influence of crank machining errors on the windscreen wiper's performance,two processes of crank machining,rough piercing and shaving,were designed in a compound die.Therefore,the times of fixing in crank manufacturing were reduced,the fixing errors were decreased and the machining precision was improved.Moreover,machine downtime of crank fixing and disassembling was reduced and production efficiency was improved.
