| 摘 要： | 根据我国施工项目管理的现状及项目法施工的特点,结合项目管理的内容,提出了项目经理的评价指标,指出用AHP法确定项目经理的总排序值,对项目经理进行评价,使项目经理的业绩得到客观的评价,具有广泛的实际应用价值。
