| 摘 要： | 针对长沙新河三角洲项目建设规模大、楼层超高、功能多和配电管理要求高的特点,介绍了公用变配电所、专用变配电所,以及公用和专用变配电所相结合的三种供配电系统管理模式,提出了负荷计算依据和用电指标,阐述了10kV变配电所设置需要考虑的问题,明确了10kV接线方式的选取。
