住宅建筑混凝土板的裂缝、预控与处理

混凝土板的裂缝是在混凝土中普遍存在的一种现象。裂缝的出现不仅会降低建筑物的抗渗能力,影响建筑物的使用功能,而且还会引起钢筋的锈蚀,混凝土的碳化,降低材料的耐久性,影响建筑物的承载能力,因此对混凝土裂缝要求进行认真研究区别对待,采取合理的方法进行处理。文章结合工程实例,针对住宅建筑结构混凝土板出现的裂缝提出预控措施和处理方法。

Cracks,Pre-control and Treatment of Cracks in Structural Concrete Slabs of Residential Buildings

Cracks are common in concrete slabs, but they not only reduce the impermeability and intended functions of buildings but also lead to corrosion of reinforcement, carbonation of concrete, deteriorating material durability and bearing capabilities of buildings. Therefore, creaks in concrete should be carefully studied and sorted, with proper measures taken. With engineering examples, this paper proposes preventive measures and treatment methods with regard to cracks in structural concrete slabs of residential buildings.
