陶瓷工业振动磨机的磨球磨损分析

摘    要:振动磨以其高粉碎率和超细度粉碎而著称。同时,也存在着严重的磨损流失现象,这不仅造成了材料的巨大浪费,而且也关系到该机的推广和正常使用。通过陶瓷工业中的实例说明了设计该机磨损系统时应当注意的几个重要因素。

Abstract:It is well-known that the vibrating mills are of high grinding efficiency and super degree with minute granules.But they also have a serious problems of attrition invalidation.This not only results in great waste of grinding mediums but also concerns the normal operation and extensions of the mills.The paper shows that,in ceramic industry,when the mill is used,we should pay much more attention to some important factors in the attrition system design which can be explained by an example.
