^15N标识的NO^-3去除的静态和土柱动态模拟试验

摘    要:采用^15N标识反硝化细菌脱氮作用的静态试验和土柱动态模拟试验,考查静态试验中硝酸盐氮的变化与环境条件及反硝化细菌数量变化的关系,找出富集^15N的含氮物质。动态试验考查了反硝化细菌、土壤粒径和土柱高度对反硝化作用的影响,并应用^15N说明了出水中硝酸盐氮的富集作用。结果表明,无论在静态体系还是动态体系中,反硝化细菌的存在下都发生了反硝化反应,反应后的溶液中硝酸盐氮富集大量的^15N。一般土壤颗粒较细时,处理效果较好。土层较厚可在较短时间取得好的效果,土层较薄时,则需较长反应时间。动态试验能更接近于模拟硝酸盐氮在自然土层中反硝化细菌存在时的渗透或采用土地处理方法对硝酸盐氮的去除,为实践提供理论依据。
