摘    要:针对评判火炮武器系统综合效能量化复杂、因素多,建立了火炮系统效能分析比较模型。在计算指标权重时,运用了专家组综合判断矩阵,体现了专家的群组意愿;比较了理想指标值处理法、Z-Score法、“线性投影法”3种指标无量纲化处理方法的优劣,选择“线性投影法”,一方面使各指标无量纲处理后的评价标准值在(0~1)范围内,避免了因指标原始值大小与散布程度使评价结果的失真;另一方面也避免了因选取理想指标值的主观性而造成的误差。采用该方法为对比分析自行火炮、牵引火炮和轮式车载火炮费用一效能分析提供了依据。

Abstract:Aimed at the complicated quantitative analysis of gun system effectiveness and concerned tremendous factors, it is necessary to establish a comparison model of effectiveness analysis. In the course of index weight calculation, comprehensive judgment matrix of the expert team was used to represent the wish of the expert team. By means of comparison of three index non-dimension management methods such as ideal index value processing method, Z-Score method, and linear projection method, the method of linear projection was selected. The method has two advantages. On the one hand, standard evaluation values were put in the range of 0-1 after process of index non-dimension so as to prevent the evaluation result from being distorted due to the original value of index and distribution degree. On the other hand, the method avoided the error resulted from the subjective selection of ideal index value. The method of linear projection can provide a solid foundation for comparative cost-efficiency of self-propelled, towed, and wheeled vehicle-mounted gun system.
